The First Light of Morning

everyday when the sun rises, the lightbearer takes the first light of morning to a very special tree hidden where the twilight ever lingers in the leaves and the dawn forever whispers in the winds. this tree is encrusted with the jewels of the earth that drink up the sun’s light by day and and give a gentle glow by night. it bears upon its branches the dance of wind and light. the guardian who inhabits this tree takes the gift of the lightbearer and encloses them in her jewels. these, the lightbearer hangs upon the sky to remind everyone that the genuine union of two souls can still create beauty even in a world shrouded in darkness.
